Mechanical Coverage Agreements
If you have a mechanical breakdown, take your vehicle to the selling dealer. If it is dangerous to operate Your Vehicle, or if operating Your Vehicle may cause further damage, have the Vehicle towed. The service department at the selling dealer will take care of the rest!
If you are traveling or have moved out of the area, you may take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility.For expedited service, please provide the repair facility with the following link to the automated claim submission form:

Remember to keep verifiable copies of all sales receipts, invoices, or work orders showing that the Vehicle has been appropriately serviced and maintained according to the manufacturer’s specifications as detailed in the section of Your Agreement titled “What must You do to keep the Agreement in effect?”

Services are not available in areas where state providers are exclusively utilized.
In case of Emergency Repair
If Your Vehicle has a Breakdown of a Covered Part at any time outside of Our Claims Department’s business hours, You may:
- Wait until Our Claims Department opens and follow the standard claim procedure instructions or
- Follow the Emergency Repair instructions detailed in Your Agreement.
