MECHANICAL VEHICLE SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Capital Processing Systems, Inc. (CPS) offers seven mechanical vehicle service agreement/limited warranty programs covering virtually all dealership inventories and customers.
Terms up to 10 years and 150,000 miles. Service agreement coverage for new and late model pre-owned vehicles tailored to the underlying manufacturer’s warranty.
Exclusionary coverage (covers everything except that which is listed as excluded) on new and late model pre-owned vehicles with 1-month and 1000-miles of full factory warranty remaining.

The Premier Protection Plan offers coverage for certain Lifted/ Lowered vehicles, vehicles with Oversize/Undersize Tires and Commercial Vehicles.
Roadside Assistance
Roadside Assistance is included for the entire term of the agreement with Towing, Jump Start, Flat Tire Change, Fluid Delivery and Lockout Assistance benefits available.
Substitute Transportation Coverage
Rental car reimbursement is included for the entire term of the agreement.
Reimbursement of up to $35/day for 5 days for any covered repair where the vehicle is inoperable or unsafe to drive and must be retained by the repair facility overnight.
Trip Interruption
Trip Interruption included for the entire term of the agreement.
Reimbursement of up to $75/day for 3 days for any covered repair if the vehicle needs repair more than 100 miles from home and is inoperable or unsafe to drive and must be retained by the repair facility overnight.
Cancellation
Full refund in the first 30 days if cancelled and no claims paid.
After 30 days or if a claim has been authorized or paid, pro-rata based upon the greater of number of elapsed months or miles, less a $50 cancellation fee.
Transfer
Transferable to another private party with a $75 transfer fee.
Limits of Liability
Aggregate: NADA retail value on date of agreement purchase.
Any single repair: NADA retail value immediately prior to breakdown.
Labor Rate/Parts Price Reimbursement
Retail labor rate.
Retail parts prices.
Exclusionary coverage (covers everything except that which is listed as excluded) and two levels of named component coverage on pre-owned vehicles with up to 150,000 starting odometer miles (depending upon the vehicle service agreement term/mileage limit chosen).

Wrap Mechanical Service Agreements
Vehicle Service Agreements that “wrap” around powertrain limited warranties that come with the vehicle, providing coverage for non-powertrain items and the powertrain after the limited warranty expires.
An exclusionary coverage (covers everything except that which is listed as excluded) wrap upgrade for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
Available on new previously untitled vehicles and pre-owned vehicles with up to 90,000 starting odometer miles.
Available on vehicles that are current plus 8 model years old.
